This light, airy, exceptionally cool open-plan apartment is well-maintained. Indoors, the living room has a ceiling fan and comfortably seats 6-8 people. There is a sofa bed which will sleep 2 people. It also has a dining area with a table and 4 chairs. The bedroom offers guests two twin beds which can also be joined to make a super king-sized bed. The bedroom is also equipped with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a safe for valuables, a clothes drying rack and a hairdryer. The bathroom is fully tiled, has a walk-in shower, a shaving plug and magnifying mirror.

There is a patio off the living room facing east and overlooking the golf course. It is furnished with 2 sun loungers and two small tables which makes it ideal to enjoy breakfast in the early morning sun. At the front of the apartment there is a large covered patio which faces west and overlooks the communal pool. This patio is furnished with a ceiling fan, 2 lounge chairs, a small table, a portable barbecue and a dining table with 4 chairs for alfresco dining. These private outdoor areas ensure that you have adequate relaxing and entertainment areas to simply chill out in the day and enjoy the cool tropical breezes in the evening.

The large communal pool is equipped with several loungers, chairs, tables and umbrellas for your use. There is a well-equipped kitchen for those who wish to self-cater (please see the list of facilities in the table below).

Rockley Beach, restaurants and shops are within 15 minutes walking distance as well as the popular 1.6 km boardwalk that runs along the seashore from Accra Beach to Camelot. Massey, a nearby supermarket that is less than 10 minutes walk, provides complimentary minibus transport back to Rockley Resort for customers.

Bed linen, bath and beach towels are provided, and the apartment is also equipped with an iron and ironing board. There are shared laundry facilities, with three washing machines, three tumble driers and outdoor laundry lines. For your convenience, a basic supply of toilet tissue, hand soap, dish and laundry detergents, and cleaning supplies are provided. A weekly housekeeping service is also included. Parking facilities are available at both the front and rear of the apartment.
